TERMS OF PURCHASE 4. ACCEPTANCE - 4.1
- Once Your order has been submitted through the dunhill On-Line Hong Kong Store, Alfred Dunhill will send You an e-mail confirming Your order. A second e-mail will be sent informing You of the dispatch date of Your order.
Please note: Clause 4.1 does not apply to orders for refills which are sent by ordinary post. - 4.2
- Unless You cancel Your order in accordance with Our Cancellation Policy (see section 7), acceptance of Your order and completion of the contract between You and Alfred Dunhill will take place when We dispatch the item(s) to You. The sale contract is therefore concluded at that time in Hong Kong and the language of the contract is English.

- We reserve the right not to accept Your order for any reason in Our discretion. Such non-acceptance may result, for example, from the fact that the item ordered is out of stock or that We are unable to obtain authorisation for Your payment or that You do not meet the terms of eligibility as set out in section 3 above.
- 4.4
- Furthermore, We retain the express right not to process a transaction at any time in Our sole discretion for whatever reason. In this event, We will not be liable to You or any third party by reason of Our not accepting Your order or withdrawing any merchandise from the dunhill On-Line Hong Kong Store at any time and whether or not such item(s) have been sold.
