At the present time, We only dispatch and deliver orders from the dunhill On-Line Singapore Store to Singapore. If You wish to order products to be sent to Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Europe or the USA, please refer to Our main e-commerce Web Site at www.dunhill.com.
Delivery costs are charged by Us to You in addition to the cost of the products themselves. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the content of Your shopping basket. The delivery charges are fixed per order and do not increase if You add more products to Your basket:

Alfred Dunhill uses DHL Express Service to deliver products to You.
Your order will be shipped once the payment has been approved and the address has been verified.
Singapore. If Your order is received before 12 noon (Hong Kong time) We will use Our reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within two (2) working days of payment having been approved.
For orders received after 12 noon (HONG KONG time) We will use Our reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within the next three (3) working days of payment having been approved.
However, if You live in a more remote area of Singapore, deliveries may take an additional one or two days.
We will not deliver on holidays and weekends.
At the present time, Alfred Dunhill does not deliver to ‘Non-Service Areas’ as defined by DHL. Non-Service Areas include restricted areas, lot no. areas (as defined by DHL) and PO Boxes.
The delivery times shown above are based on DHL expected transit times but cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, We cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance.
Item(s) will be delivered to the delivery address as shown in Your order confirmation email.
You will receive an e-mail notifying You of the date of dispatch of Your order and once dispatched You will be able to track it On-Line through the DHL website available at www.dhl.com or by calling Alfred Dunhill Customer Services on + 800-3516-8311 (toll-free) using Your unique DHL delivery reference number.
Please Note, that once You have received confirmation of Your order, We will not be able to modify the order or change the place of delivery.
You will need to ensure that someone is present at the given delivery address to sign for and take delivery of the order when it is delivered.
In the event that DHL is unable to deliver the order due to the fact that no one is present at the place of delivery, DHL will attempt delivery one further time.
If on this second attempt DHL has still not been able to deliver the order, it will be returned to Our Customer Services team and You will be required to pay additional delivery charges in relation to the re-expedition of the order
Alfred Dunhill insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to You. You will be asked to sign for any item(s) delivered, at which point all responsibility and risks for Your purchased item(s) pass to You.
Alfred Dunhill will store a record of Your transactions for a minimum period of one year or longer as the law may require. Please note that for Your security We only retain records of Your transactions on the Alfred Dunhill Web Site; Your payment card details are neither held on the Alfred Dunhill Web Site nor on the dunhill On-Line Singapore Store.
Cancellations and returns

Customer Services will supply You with a Returns Authorisation Form (RAF) number and full instructions. You should retain the RAF number as a record.
When contacting Our Customer Services please quote:
- Your Order Reference Number (You will find this on Your packing note or order confirmation e-mail).
- The item(s) You are returning or cancelling.
- Reasons for return or cancellation.
- Whether You would like a replacement or refund.
Cancellations and “cooling off” period.
If You wish to cancel Your order, You are entitled to do so within fourteen (14) working days following delivery of the item(s) and obtain a full refund of the purchase price of the delivered item(s). Cancellations cannot be accepted without a RAF number.
We require that You return any item(s) to Us in a new and unused state in their original packaging with all original labelling attached (please refer to Our Terms of Purchase, in particular section 7, paragraph 7.4.2 of Our Cancellations and Returns policy).
