Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are charged by Us to You in addition to the cost of the products themselves. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the content of Your shopping basket. The delivery charges are fixed per order and do not increase if You add more products to Your shopping basket. Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped once the payment has been approved and the address has been verified.
Taiwan. If Your order is received before 12 noon We will use Our reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within two (2) working days of payment having been approved.
For orders received after 12 noon We will use Our reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within the next three (3) working days of payment having been approved.
However, if You live in a more remote area of Taiwan, deliveries may take an additional one or two days.
At the present time, Alfred Dunhill does not deliver to ‘Non-Service Areas’ as defined by DHL. Non-Service Areas include restricted areas, lot no. areas and PO Boxes.
Delivery Tracking

You will need to ensure that someone is present at the given delivery address to sign for and take delivery of the order when it is delivered.
