TERMS OF PURCHASE 8. GIFTS - 8.1
- If the item(s) ordered from the dunhill On-Line Taiwan Store is a gift ("Gift") and the recipient wishes, for example, to exchange an item for a different item, he/she may return the Gift at any time during the fourteen (14) days from the day after he/she receives the item(s). His/her right to return item(s) is subject to compliance with Our Returns policy outlined in section 7 above.

- The person having received the Gift may exchange the item(s) for another one of the same value or more provided they pay the price difference together with any additional shipping costs.
- 8.3
- Alfred Dunhill will not issue credit notes for Gifts for use through the dunhill On-Line Taiwan Store or in Alfred Dunhill stores.
- 8.4
- However, Gifts that were purchased through the dunhill On-Line Taiwan Store can be exchanged on-line or in an Alfred Dunhill store in Taiwan provided that the items are in a new and unused condition (see Clause 7.4.2 above) and that the recipient has a copy of the Gift invoice with them. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser.
